Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you should receive a defective order, please contact us at sales@rfidwarehouse.ca to arrange an exchange. We will be happy to work with you to correct this issue and get replacement products to you as quickly as possible.

On custom orders we are unable to offer a return for incorrectly ordered items if it matches your order information. 

Returned items must be sent via a shipping method that has some sort of tracking of your package. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Restocking Fee

All returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling from the original order.
